All our Garden Rooms are built with a 3 inch deep frame, an 18mm TGV floor, a choice between 12mm tongued and grooved ship lap or 20mm thick log lap cladding on the walls along with an extra 6 inches extra height as standard.

The Room Range also comes with joinery doors and windows.

Lock on door, roofing felt, glass and fixings are included in the price or our installation team are more than happy to erect the building on a clear and level base.
